We were delighted to be asked to contribute to this ITVBorders LookAround video, discussing the publication of the Scottish Health Survey, which was broadcast on Tuesday. Some of our members shared their thoughts on the importance of paying attention to mental health more generally, and also highlighted the benefits of participating in shared activities, such as singing with InChorus, on their own mental well-being.
